We start with the finest local ingredients. Our fish, craft beer batter and hand cut agria chips are all locally sourced. The fish gets landed in Wellington regularly by our very own commercial fisherman and we work with other local suppliers to ensure quality and variety year round. Our oysters come from farms in Bluff and Marlborough.
We make almost everything from scratch. Beef patties are made by hand using grass-fed brisket. We slow roast free-range pork shoulder for 12 hours to make our pulled pork burgers. Our delicious aioli and tartare sauces are made using free-range eggs.
We understand our customers. We offer a wide selection of gluten free options including a gluten free batter for our fish and seeded gluten free buns for our burgers. We even have a dedicated gluten free fryer. There are plenty of vegetarian and vegan options. If you need anything special, just ask, we'd love to help.
